Fifty-two years ago, Adam Gardner was born at South Fulton Hospital on Cleveland Avenue in Atlanta. He grew up in Jonesboro, but now lives in The Southland Golf and Country Club in Stone Mountain. He lives there with his wonderful wife Shelly and his two young children.
Adam and Shelly are devoted Christians, who are members of the Church of the Apostles. They are committed to their faith, family, and community. Adam serves as the chairman for the safety and security committee for the Southland neighborhood. He is a proud member of the Metro Atlanta YMCA, and is a part of the security team for one location.
Adam’s hobbies are golf, tennis, fishing, and cycling. He also enjoys helping coach his children in team sports. He loves spending time with his family and sitting in his favorite chair drinking a cup of coffee and reading a good book.
Adam has over 25 years of dedicated law enforcement experience. He currently works as a homicide detective in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, serving under the extraordinary leadership of the Honorable Paul Howard.
